Hi, I’m Rachel…

I’m a therapist located in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in maternal mental health and work with women navigating pre-conception, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming. And it’s important to find a therapist who is the right fit.

I work with women and mothers, offering a safe space to be heard, validated, and supported. My therapy style is supportive, non-judgmental, and tailored to fit your individual needs. My goal is to understand your values, perspective, and experiences, and then offer therapy that meets you where you are and guides you to where you want to be. I am a mental health advocate who believes therapy isn’t about fixing people who are broken. It’s about prioritizing self-care, wellness, and overall health.

I offer a genuine approach, compassion, hope, and humor to empower my clients and help them overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

I’m here to help.

I work with individuals offering client-centered guidance and support through life’s changes and challenges. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation for potential clients
